Balam Group LLC and PPYA AI LLC (collectively, the "Company," "we," "our," or "us") respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our websites, platforms, services, and AI systems (collectively, the "Site") to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) ("DMCA"), the Company has implemented the following policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that any content available on or through the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of alleged infringement to the Company's Designated Copyright Agent.

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include sufficient information to allow us to evaluate and respond to your claim. This includes your full name and a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, as well as a clear identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If your claim involves multiple works, you may provide a representative list.

You must also provide reasonably detailed information that allows us to locate the allegedly infringing material on the Site, such as a direct URL or specific page reference. In addition, your notice must include your mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you.

Finally, your notice must include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, along with a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Company Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, the Company will promptly review the claim and take such action as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. This may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and notifying the party who submitted the content.

The Company reserves the right to remove content without prior notice and to restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the Company's Designated Agent.

Your counter-notice must include your physical or electronic signature, as well as identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared prior to removal. You must also include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

In addition, you must provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in Wyoming (or the appropriate federal district in the United States if applicable), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Reinstatement of Content

If the Company receives a valid counter-notice, it will provide a copy of that counter-notice to the original complaining party. The Company may restore the removed material within ten (10) business days unless it receives notice that the complaining party has filed a legal action seeking a court order to prevent the restoration of the content.

Repeat Infringers

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site for users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who otherwise violate intellectual property rights.

AI-Generated Content

Because certain services offered through the Site involve artificial intelligence systems, automation, and agentic AI tools, including those provided by PPYA AI LLC, the Company does not guarantee that any AI-generated content will be free from third-party intellectual property claims.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring that any content generated, used, or distributed through the Site does not infringe the rights of others. The Company disclaims any liability arising from the misuse or unauthorized use of AI-generated outputs.

Important Notice

The Company intends to comply with all applicable provisions of the DMCA. However, the Company does not proactively monitor or police content for potential infringement and will not take action absent a properly submitted notice.
